Have a good Tuesday 🙂

Long Island Fridays

I think Daily Kos used to have Rum and Coke Fridays, but let’s be honest I haven’t anything that weak at a bar in forever; and so Long Island Fridays are born.  I’ll try and close out the week with some random less-than-serious thoughts, and a little bit of music to get the weekend started.

Since one of my posts had to do with my good friend Rick Santorum, I felt it appropriate to close out the week with some tunes popular with the sodomite crowd down by Halsted and Belmont:

Enjoy, check back in on Monday, and remember: one long island just isn’t sufficient.

Crazy of the Day – 8/13/09

It will not be my custom to use this blog to frequently highlight or comment on sports.  That said, this little incident from the Cubs – Phillies game explains that while I may not care one way or another about the Cubs, I certainly have little patience for the team’s followers.

The kicker for me: beers at Wrigley Field cost I believe in the 6 – 7 dollar range.  Only a northsider would toss out a full cup of beer at those prices…

Please tell me that idiot doesn’t vote…
